How to check your umrah visa status online

Whether you booked with us or any other agency, here is the 2-minute way to check your umrah visa yourself on the official Saudi portals — no agent needed.

  1. Ask your agent for your visa/application number

Every umrah visa application has a reference number (border number or application ID). Your travel agent has it — message them for it first.

  2. Open the official Saudi visa portal

Go to visa.mofa.gov.sa (Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs) — the "Inquiry" section works without login. For Nusuk-issued visas, use the Nusuk app or nusuk.sa and sign in with the account used for your application.

  3. Enter passport number + nationality + visa type

Select "Umrah" as visa type, enter your passport number exactly as printed, choose India as nationality, and complete the captcha.

  4. Read your status

"Issued" = approved, ask your agent for the PDF. "Under process" = normal for 24–72 hours. "Rejected" = don't panic — most rejections are photo/passport-scan issues and can be re-applied quickly.

Visa delayed or rejected close to your travel date? This is the most common umrah panic — and usually fixable within a day if handled by someone who processes visas daily. We help pilgrims in this exact situation, even if you booked elsewhere.
